Lot's happening here, but let's not forget Ray Bonney of BJ Construction, who is coordinating the project.
Jay showed up with his dad Paul (of BJ Construction) to check out the Roo and give a thumbs up to the new roof colour! Thanks Jay!

Your new Roo is really coming along! Will this be one of those places where the waitstaff is chewing gum to hide their beer breath..and, there is never any toilet paper in the women’s room? Or, the kind of place that the menus are so sticky from food stuff that you use handy wipes after you give it back to the waitstaff? Or, the kitchen cook yells for the staff: “Ruthy, your order of mashers and wallaby are up!” I know that I will love it whatever you do…Good luck and can’t wait until it opens!!!
